The Silver Dollar Bar is around the corner with silver dollars embedded in the bar! Enjoy the National Elk Refuge on the outskirts of town with a sleigh ride in to the elk herd! Snowmobile to Granite Hot Springs or in to Yellowstone Park to Old Faithful…or take the snow-coach. The town of Jackson is where our club will be staying with complimentary shuttles to Jackson Hole skiing. The ski area has a tram and 2 gondolas. CANCELLATION / REFUNDS
In writing or email, no phone call/text
Contract obligations limit the club to not refunding some expenses such as airfare, lodging, transportation, lift tickets, etc., depending on contract deadlines. These vary by trip and are the determining factors for establishing payment amount/dates and refunds.
All cancellations AFTER September 30 incur a $100 non-refundable fee for the non-refundable air and hotel deposits. If you are travelling on the ground-only package, the cancellation fee is $50. We suggest trip insurance OR attempt selling your trip to someone waitlisted or a friend.
